Use this guide to identify the F1600 part family and prepare the details needed for a quotation. For component options and selected catalog references, visit our F1600 mud pump spare parts page.
Parts for F1600 mud pump maintenance
Start with the component you need to replace. The linked catalog pages show general part references; the correct item for your pump must be confirmed from its nameplate and parts information.
- Cylinder liners: provide the liner bore, part number and drawing or dimensions of the existing liner.
- Mud pump pistons: include the piston assembly reference and the liner bore it works with.
- Valves and valve components: identify the required valve and seat references, with clear photos if the part number is unavailable.
- Piston rod extensions: send the drawing, connection details and component part number.
- Hydraulic cylinder assemblies: confirm the assembly reference and mark the required item on the parts drawing.
- Seals, gaskets, springs and covers: list each requested item separately with its drawing position, part number and quantity.
Record the part number and drawing revision together
Copy the identifier exactly, including leading zeroes, separators and suffixes. Mark the required item on the assembly drawing and include its revision or issue date. When two documents use different numbers, send both references for review rather than assuming they describe the same part.
Confirm the pump model before ordering
Send a clear nameplate photo showing the manufacturer and full model marking, including F-1600 if that is how it is written on your equipment. Keep any suffixes in the inquiry. If the nameplate specifies F1600HL or FB1600, include that exact reference when requesting parts.
The model name alone does not establish that a particular liner, valve, rod or assembly will fit. Use the manufacturer's parts list, component number, drawing and dimensions to confirm the requested replacement. For an FB1600 nameplate, refer to our FB1600 spare parts information.
If no part number is available
Take clear photos of the component, its markings and its installed position. Include a dimensioned sketch where possible. For a liner and piston inquiry, record the liner bore and rod connection details; for a valve inquiry, identify the valve and mating seat together. Photos support identification but do not replace a fit check.
Information for an F1600 spare parts quotation
- Pump identification: manufacturer, full model and nameplate photo.
- Part identification: OEM or reference number, drawing position and clear component photos.
- Matching details: dimensions, liner bore and any material or specification requirement stated in your parts documentation.
- Order details: quantity for each item, delivery destination and required delivery date.
If you do not have a part number, send the available photos, drawing or dimensions and identify the component you need. Matching should be reviewed before an order is confirmed.
